The name

QMADS stands for Quality, Management, and Development Services. “Quality” highlights our compliance services, “Management” encompasses our management and governance offerings, and “Development” represents the custom services we create and implement for our clients.

Our story

Since 2008, our Founder has operated at the strategic intersection of governance, operational management, and compliance within the UK health sector identifying systemic weaknesses in regulatory preparedness across NHS frameworks and private health organisations.

Leveraging deep operational experience spanning Primary Care, Clinical Commissioning Groups, and GP Federations, he established QMADS LTD a specialist consultancy dedicated to delivering CQC Registration, Governance Framework, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Readiness Solutions for both public and private healthcare providers for National & International Clients. 

Underpinned by a lean, expert-led model, QMADS combines personalised consulting with proactive regulatory insight to de-risk inspections, streamline compliance operations, and fortify organisational governance. Our founder’s professional network and sector footprint reflect a sustained commitment to elevating healthcare compliance standards within a complex and evolving regulatory environment.

Tariq Minhas, who holds double BA (Hons) degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Business Management, leads the team.

With a passion for excellence, extensive knowledge, and years of experience, we have successfully assisted hundreds of clients both nationally and internationally. We cover all of England (CQCs’ jurisdiction).
