The Name

QMADS stands for Quality, Management, and Development Services. “Quality” highlights our compliance services, “Management” encompasses our management and governance offerings, and “Development” represents the custom services we create and implement for our clients.

Our Story

Since 2008, our founder has been actively involved in the health sector, identifying significant gaps in governance, management, and compliance support within the NHS. Leveraging his extensive experience in Primary Care, Clinical Commissioning Groups, and the GP Federation, he founded QMADS to address these needs and support healthcare providers in both the NHS and private health sectors. Our journey began with a strong commitment to helping businesses thrive. Recognising the need for personalised, results-driven consulting, our founders created a company that embodies this mission.

Team Experience & Reach

Our team comprises dedicated health professionals committed to supporting both new and established healthcare providers with their evolving compliance needs in the NHS and private sectors. Tariq Minhas, who holds double BA (Hons) degrees in Finance, Marketing, and Business Management, leads the team.

With a passion for excellence, extensive knowledge, and years of experience, we have successfully assisted hundreds of clients both nationally and internationally. We cover all of England (CQCs’ jurisdiction).
