Who requires registration?
CQC Registration is the formal process required for any health or social-care provider in England seeking to offer regulated services. It involves preparing an application, compiling required documentation (Statement of Purpose, Policies, Governance Documentation), ensuring premises and governance structure meet regulatory standards, submitting the provider and/or registered manager application, and preparing for the CQC site visit, interview and assessment under the Single Assessment Framework (SAF).
For many providers, registration is the legal gateway — without it, they cannot lawfully operate. The process is complex and detailed; mis-steps often lead to delays, rejections or regulatory scrutiny.

Answers
Common questions about CQC Registration
For either of these services you require minimum of three packages, The registration package, policy package and a business plan, however if you do have the policies or a business plan from another provider then you do not need to purchase it from us, but if you do not then we highly recommend that you purchase this from us as our prices are extremely competitive and are one-off.
Private healthcare providers need one or two packages: the registration package, plus the policy package unless you already hold policies from another provider. Where you do need policies from us, they come on your own letterhead, without a watermark and fully writable, for a one-off fee.
